Description:
We’re hiring an Auto Mechanic who takes pride in fixing things right the first time — and knows that real skill is built on precision and patience. You don’t need years of garage experience — just a genuine interest in how things work, a responsible attitude, and a readiness to grow skill by skill. This is a hands-on role from day one: you’ll learn directly in the shop, not in a classroom, guided by certified mechanics who’ve been in your shoes. You’ll train directly in the bay, side by side with experienced technicians who’ll guide you from oil changes to complex diagnostics over time. You’ll inspect vehicles thoroughly, explain findings honestly, and never guess when safety is on the line. ” You’ll learn how to lift safely, use tools properly, identify wear, and catch early warning signs — the stuff that makes a mechanic valuable, not replaceable. ” You’ll be taught how to read service manuals, write clean job notes, and explain issues clearly to other techs or service advisors. You’ll communicate clearly with service writers, parts managers, and customers when needed — with no jargon, just straight talk. You’ll have mentors who support your growth and teammates who treat you like a professional — not a token or someone who needs to “prove herself.
Basic Qualifications:
- Follow repair orders, technical manuals, and manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate and safe vehicle servicing.
- Maintain inventory of tools, request replacements, and ensure calibration of diagnostic equipment when needed.
- Maintain detailed service records and complete inspection forms, logs, or repair tickets using shop management software.
- Diagnose and repair hybrid or EV components if certified, including high-voltage systems and battery packs.
- Follow warranty policies and document all labor and parts used accurately for manufacturer or third-party reimbursements.
Preferred:
- Able to manage time effectively to complete jobs within quoted timeframes.
- Thrives in hands-on, collaborative work environments with daily variety and challenge.
- Understands how to inspect vehicles and identify worn or damaged parts that need replacement.
- Can work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting service manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair instructions.
Benefits:
- Bonus opportunities based on performance — we recognize hard work.
- Employee referral bonuses — if you know a great mechanic, bring them on.
- Safety-first mindset — we don’t cut corners, and neither should you.
- No more “just a job” — mechanics here are the unsung heroes of the road.
- A tool allowance and discounts on parts — because we want you to have the best gear.
You’ll stay current with new systems, electronics, and drivetrains — because cars evolve and so should we. You’ll be treated like a learner, not a laborer — with time, tools, and training that help you build skill, not just sweat. ” You’ll log each job with accuracy and clarity, making it easy for the next tech or the front desk to pick up where you left off. ” You’ll be part of a team that’s proud to teach — because many of us also started in other industries before we found our way to the shop floor. You’ll go home tired, maybe sore — but also proud, because you fixed something real, and someone’s car runs better because of you. You’ll be given chances to get certified, learn new systems, and eventually move from helper to lead tech as your skills and confidence grow. You’ll end each day with your hands dirty and your head held high — knowing you helped someone stay safe on the road. If you’re ready to build something real — for yourself, with your hands, and on your own terms — we’re ready to hand you the wrench and teach you right.
