Description:

We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team and bring fresh, innovative designs to life. You’ll be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media assets, and other digital content that align with our brand’s aesthetic. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, and online ads that engage and inform our audience. You’ll develop design concepts for various campaigns, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards. You’ll be involved in creating layouts, typography, and iconography for web and mobile platforms to improve user experience. You’ll be involved in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative ideas and providing design solutions for projects. You’ll help in the development of creative concepts, from wireframing and mockups to final design execution. You’ll stay current with design trends and continuously apply best practices to improve the quality of your work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Canva depending on project scope.
• Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently—iterating quickly without sacrificing creativity.
• Collaborate with developers or content teams to ensure design handoff is clean and understandable.
• Design everything from Instagram posts to pitch decks, website banners, brochures, and icons with attention to detail and consistency.
• Participate in reviews, give constructive feedback to peers, and receive critiques with openness and curiosity.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency in all assets.
• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.
• Willing to collaborate closely with marketing, product, or content teams remotely.
• Knows how to export and format files properly for different platforms and use cases.
• Open to learning new tools, plugins, or trends to improve workflow.
