Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our express parcel sorting center — ideal for someone who moves fast, stays focused, and understands the urgency behind every delivery. You’ll be responsible for picking, scanning, and packing items from a digital picklist using handheld devices and smart carts. You’ll be trained to follow temperature guidelines, product rotation rules, and strict sanitation procedures. You’ll help unload incoming inventory, sort products by SKU or category, and restock shelves to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. You’ll be responsible for keeping aisles clear, shelves stocked, and the entire work area neat, clean, and hazard-free. You’ll scan and label inventory with speed and precision, working within set time limits to maintain cold chain integrity. You’ll follow packaging standards for fragile, oversized, or multi-item orders to reduce damage during delivery. You’ll work under time pressure during peak hours, especially early mornings, evenings, or holiday rushes. You’ll help maintain a clean, frost-free workspace by following defrosting, floor drying, and spill cleanup protocols.

Basic Qualifications:

• Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations based on inventory systems.
• Work closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety risks immediately to supervisors or maintenance staff.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear to maintain a secure work environment.
• Keep detailed records and documentation when required for inventory or logistics tracking.

Preferred:

• Able to follow standard operating procedures, complete assigned tasks on time, and contribute to warehouse productivity goals.
• Comfortable using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), hand trucks, and barcode scanners during daily operations.
• Comfortable lifting, stacking, and moving heavy boxes safely according to warehouse safety guidelines.
• Works well independently or as part of a warehouse team, communicating clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
• Available for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak seasons.
