Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team and produce stunning animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating graphics for videos, advertisements, social media, and web content. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboard ideas, and create visually compelling animations. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from explainer videos and product animations to advertisements and social media content. You’ll ensure that all animations are on-brand, visually engaging, and align with the overall marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with video editors and content creators to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video content. You’ll work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all animations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Revise animations based on stakeholder feedback—refining timing, easing, and visual rhythm for polish and clarity.
• Test and QA animations across devices and export settings to prevent playback or visual issues.
• Contribute to branded templates or reusable motion libraries for faster content creation at scale.
• Ultimately, use motion to make ideas more dynamic, memorable, and emotionally resonant.
• Help onboard or support junior motion designers by sharing files, feedback, and best practices.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to pacing, transitions, and consistency in movement.
• Experience creating animated graphics for social media, advertising, or product videos.
• Able to adapt designs for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Has a portfolio showcasing a variety of animated styles and use cases.
• Experience creating assets for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
