We’re looking for a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s ready to start a sky-high career in service, safety, and travel — no prior experience required, just professionalism, adaptability, and a warm, calm presence under pressure. You’ll learn how to manage the cabin environment, assist passengers with confidence, and create a sense of safety and calm on every flight. We’ll show you how to manage everything from boarding to final cabin checks with precision and poise. You’ll help ensure the cabin is secure before takeoff, guide passengers with confidence, and support their comfort during the flight. Expect to manage food and beverage service, special requests, and occasional surprises — all with a steady smile. You’ll be prepared to act swiftly during turbulence, reroutes, and medical emergencies with full crew coordination. We’ll guide you through service excellence — offering meals, refreshments, and genuine hospitality with every interaction. You’ll practice offering personalized support, from comforting nervous flyers to helping families with small children. You’ll practice conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, and how to de-escalate difficult situations gracefully.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bring a smile, even at 35,000 feet—your presence sets the tone for the entire journey.
• Support your team—crew coordination is crucial for a safe and efficient flight.
• Adapt quickly to different time zones, cultures, and work environments every day.
• Prepare for each flight by reviewing passenger lists, flight duration, and special instructions.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures with clarity and calm.

Preferred:

• Trained or open to training in aviation security, turbulence response, and fire safety protocols.
• Background or strong interest in aviation, travel, customer service, or hospitality.
• Comfortable demonstrating safety procedures and ensuring passenger compliance with regulations.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is highly valued.
• Understands the importance of teamwork, punctuality, and efficiency in flight operations.
