We’re hiring a Taxi Driver who stays calm under pressure, knows the city’s rhythms day and night, and takes pride in delivering safe, respectful service — especially when the streets are quiet and the job really matters. You’ll pick up passengers from hotels, stations, and landmarks, helping them navigate an unfamiliar city with confidence and ease. You’ll be the calm, helpful presence people rely on at the end of a long day, a delayed flight, or a night out. You’ll keep your vehicle clean inside and out, making sure it’s presentable and comfortable at all times. You’ll assist passengers with bags, offer water or amenities if needed, and make stops when appropriate on longer rides. You’ll maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle that reflects professionalism and makes a great first impression. You’ll process payments accurately, provide change when necessary, and issue receipts upon request. You’ll communicate clearly with dispatch and passengers, confirming destinations and expectations before each ride. You’ll report maintenance issues or incidents promptly and help keep the vehicle in top working condition.

Basic Qualifications:

• Check in and out of shifts, updating availability and following dispatch instructions.
• Dress appropriately and represent yourself or your company with professionalism.
• Respond to ride requests via phone, app, or radio in a timely and organized manner.
• Know local landmarks, events, and detours to help customers reach their destinations with ease.
• Assist passengers with luggage, mobility needs, or directions when needed.

Preferred:

• Experience providing customer service in transportation, delivery, or hospitality environments.
• Understands the importance of punctuality, reliability, and passenger trust.
• Values safety, respect, and integrity while serving diverse passengers.
• Capable of handling cash, card, or app-based payments accurately and issuing receipts when necessary.
• Comfortable assisting passengers with luggage, special needs, or providing door-to-door service.
