Description:

We’re looking for an Architect Trainee who’s excited to turn ideas into spaces — no experience needed, just creativity, spatial thinking, and a passion for design. You’ll assist in creating floor plans, massing studies, and digital models that support early design exploration. We’ll teach you how to apply principles of proportion, scale, and context to make your ideas work in the real world. You’ll work closely with senior architects to understand how every line on a plan has meaning, function, and consequence. Expect to participate in brainstorming sessions where form, function, and sustainability come together. You’ll be part of internal reviews where projects are shaped through discussion, iteration, and creative tension. We’ll show you how to balance client expectations with regulatory standards and design integrity. You’ll participate in internal reviews, giving and receiving feedback to sharpen your creative instincts. You’ll also sit in on client consultations to understand how architects balance vision, budget, and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout every phase of the project.
• Take pride in shaping the spaces people live, work, and dream in.
• Review shop drawings and RFIs during construction to maintain design fidelity.
• Manage timelines, documentation, and client communications to keep projects on track.
• Ensure architectural integrity and coherence across all project elements and disciplines.

Preferred:

• Experience developing concept designs, construction drawings, and detailed architectural documentation.
• Can incorporate universal design principles, accessibility, and safety regulations into projects.
• Comfortable creating architectural visualizations, 3D models, and presentation boards for client review.
• Experienced in producing detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
• Comfortable working with both residential and commercial typologies depending on project scope.
