Description:

We’re hiring a Gynecologist who sees every patient as a whole person — not just a diagnosis — and who’s committed to offering individualized, respectful care at every stage of womanhood. You’ll be responsible for conducting routine exams, diagnosing conditions, and guiding patients through screenings, treatments, and preventive care plans. You’ll guide patients through birth control options, STI screenings, prenatal care, and fertility assessments with both clarity and empathy. You’ll support patients throughout pregnancy planning, prenatal care, and postpartum recovery with warmth and accuracy. You’ll guide patients through birth control options, fertility treatments, and pregnancy preparation with honesty and compassion. You’ll support patients through emotionally difficult moments, delivering both facts and empathy when it matters most. You’ll follow patients over time, providing continuity of care that builds trust and improves outcomes. You’ll build ongoing relationships with patients, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout many phases of their lives. You’ll educate patients about lifestyle factors, risk prevention, and proactive health choices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Conduct routine exams including pelvic exams, Pap smears, and breast checks to monitor reproductive health.
• Perform surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and C-sections when medically necessary.
• Participate in public health education and awareness initiatives when appropriate.
• Ensure your practice complies with legal, ethical, and professional standards at all times.
• Communicate complex medical information in language that patients can actually understand.

Preferred:

• Pays strong attention to patient history, risk factors, and emotional well-being during consultations.
• Background or passion in reproductive medicine, obstetrics, public health, or surgical practice.
• Comfortable performing surgical procedures such as C-sections, hysterectomies, or laparoscopies.
• Thrives in high-responsibility, emotionally sensitive environments where expertise directly impacts lives.
• Able to provide emotional support during miscarriages, infertility treatments, or complex diagnoses.
