Description:

We’re seeking a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who lives for forging genuine connections in the digital realm. You’ll be the person starting those relationships — reaching out to creators with intention, personality, and respect. Your goal isn’t just to get a reply — it’s to open a door to long-term, values-aligned collaboration. You’ll balance creativity with strategy, tailoring your approach based on each influencer’s unique style and audience. You’ll write outreach messages that are personal, relevant, and never copy-pasted — even if you’re sending dozens a day. You’ll align with our content and growth teams to make sure collaborations happen at the right time and with the right message. You’ll support creators throughout the process — briefing them, checking in, and making sure deliverables meet expectations. You’ll negotiate partnership terms, create content briefs, and ensure deliverables are met on time. You’ll evaluate influencer performance, analyze ROI, and tweak your strategies based on the data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Celebrate strong partnerships—send thank-yous, feature their content, and keep top influencers in the loop for future work.
• Use tools like Upfluence, CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, or even Airtable + Gmail to streamline your workflow.
• Respond to influencer questions quickly and clearly—setting expectations around timelines, content formats, and approvals.
• Identify and research potential influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and niche blogs that align with brand values and campaign goals.
• Assist in resolving any miscommunications or deliverable issues with professionalism and empathy.

Preferred:

• Understands how to identify influencers that align with brand values and target audience.
• Can help develop influencer briefs and ensure campaign guidelines are followed.
• Pays attention to tone, clarity, and relationship-building when writing outreach messages.
• Comfortable using tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or manual Instagram/TikTok search.
• Able to write clear partnership offers and explain campaign goals to potential collaborators.
