Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and professional Voiceover Artist to join our team and create impactful voice recordings. You’ll be responsible for recording clear, engaging voiceovers for videos, commercials, training materials, and more. You’ll work closely with directors and producers to understand the script’s context and deliver the appropriate vocal style. You’ll provide professional voiceovers that meet project requirements, including pacing, tone, and emotional depth. You’ll bring scripts to life with emotion and character, adjusting your vocal performance based on feedback from directors or clients. You’ll ensure high-quality recordings, maintaining clear enunciation, proper inflection, and engaging delivery. You’ll work with sound engineers to ensure your voiceovers are edited and mixed with background music and sound effects seamlessly. You’ll provide multiple takes or variations to give clients options for the final product.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up to date with trends in voiceover style, pacing, and tone—especially for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or podcast intros.
• Take direction well—adjusting inflection, speed, or mood in response to client notes or creative vision.
• Set up and maintain a home studio with a quality microphone, audio interface, and soundproof environment for professional-level audio.
• Provide input on script clarity or phrasing when something reads awkwardly aloud or lacks flow.
• Tag, label, and organize audio files properly to ensure clients can easily find what they need.

Preferred:

• Can perform in different tones — professional, friendly, dramatic, instructional, or playful.
• Organized with file naming, version control, and submission process.
• Values clarity, emotion, and consistency in every recording session.
• Wants to grow into roles like Commercial VO Talent, Audiobook Narrator, or Voice Actor.
• Clear, expressive voice with strong diction, pacing, and tone control.
