You’ll be crafting engaging, high-energy content, filming, editing, and maybe even scripting a little, all while obsessing over view counts. If your camera roll is full of drafts you never posted, we want to see them. This is a fast-paced, creative role for a fast-paced, dynamic platform — if you’re the type who thrives on jumping on trends, then we want you to join our team. You’ll create fun, fresh content that catches the eye of TikTok’s algorithm and lands on the For You page. ” Great — we’re hiring. As our TikTok Content Creator, you’ll help us show up on the For You page in fresh, funny, and totally scroll-stopping ways. TikTok is a language of its own, and we need someone who’s fluent in it, knowing exactly what clicks and what doesn’t.

Basic Qualifications:

• Turn TikTok videos into cross-platform content for Reels, Shorts, or even memes.
• Engage with comments, stitch trending videos, and interact with the TikTok community to grow organically.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and keep the energy high.
• Stay playful, bold, and unafraid to take risks—even weird ideas can go viral here.
• Jump on viral challenges, memes, and audio trends as soon as they break to maximize reach.

Preferred:

• Has experimented with transitions, effects, or storytelling formats on mobile.
• Understands the role of sound, music timing, and captions in maximizing engagement.
• Not afraid to test unusual or bold ideas to stand out from the crowd.
• Has collaborated with friends or classmates on short-form content or school projects.
• Enjoys following a wide variety of creators and learns from their styles and formats.
