Description:
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who’s equal parts designer, builder, and digital problem solver. You have a deep understanding of Webflow’s visual development platform and use it to deliver high-quality, fully responsive sites without cutting corners. Whether it’s a marketing site, portfolio, landing page, or CMS-driven blog, you know how to architect clean layouts with consistent class naming, scalable structures, and thoughtful animations. Your workflow is clean, organized, and efficient — you know how to set up global styles, name classes with logic, and make edits without breaking the layout. You understand best practices for SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization — and you care about every detail, from heading hierarchy to load speed. When needed, you’re comfortable writing a little custom code to go beyond Webflow’s limitations, but you also know how to keep it clean and maintainable. You’re comfortable working independently, but you also shine when collaborating with designers, marketers, and content strategists.
Basic Qualifications:
- Stay organized in file and page structure—clients and teammates should never get lost inside the Webflow project.
- Help clients or teams migrate legacy sites to Webflow with minimal downtime and full fidelity.
- Handle site backups, version tracking, and duplicate cloning to ensure safety during updates or redesigns.
- Troubleshoot layout bugs, cross-browser issues, and performance bottlenecks before or after launch.
- Export and hand off clean HTML/CSS when needed, especially for hybrid setups or migration plans.
Preferred:
- Can build reusable components and style systems for scalable projects.
- Background or interest in front-end development, design systems, or product design.
- Can work with Webflow CMS to power blogs, portfolios, or content-heavy sections.
- Enjoys creating clean, modern websites with intuitive user experience.
- Familiar with using custom code blocks (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed.
Benefits:
- Weekly team demos where your work gets seen (and applauded).
- Our clients and team appreciate performance, accessibility, and subtle flair.
- We believe in systemized style guides, no-nonsense class naming, and actual documentation.
- Flexible hours — build when you're in flow, not when the clock says so.
- Clear briefs, fast feedback, and no “can you make the logo bigger?” energy.
You stay updated on Webflow updates and tricks, and you might even follow their forum or attend Webflow Conf for fun. You’re excited by the challenge of translating abstract ideas into fluid, modern digital experiences. You’re proactive, communicative, and care about shipping quality work that makes brands look better online. If you love building websites that don’t just look great — but *feel* great to use — then you might be exactly who we’re looking for. Whether it’s a one-pager or a full CMS-driven ecosystem, you bring clarity, speed, and attention to every build. If crafting web experiences that stand out is your thing — we’d love to have you on board.
