Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to help coordinate and drive the success of our projects. You’ll help coordinate and communicate between various teams, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within scope. You’ll monitor the status of ongoing projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure everything stays on track. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll help maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are organized and accessible for team members. You’ll track project performance, helping to monitor key metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. You’ll assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality. You’ll help manage project risks by proactively identifying potential issues and helping to implement mitigation strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support internal process improvements by identifying bottlenecks or communication issues in project cycles.
• Document SOPs and recurring workflows so the team can repeat success without reinventing the wheel.
• Use your soft skills—clear communication, empathy, follow-through—to keep everyone calm and focused even under pressure.
• Support task prioritization with leads, especially when things shift fast or new work lands mid-sprint.
• Help define scope, deliverables, and resource needs for small-to-mid scale projects under guidance from senior PMs.

Preferred:

• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external clients.
• Pays attention to bottlenecks, blockers, or risks and brings them to the team’s attention.
• Capable of managing project calendars and ensuring key dates are visible to all stakeholders.
• Background or interest in project management, operations, business, or product development.
• Comfortable handling basic budgeting, resource tracking, or invoice reviews.
