Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team and produce stunning animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating high-quality motion graphics for videos, websites, social media, and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure animations are aligned with brand identity and creative goals. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to create dynamic, high-quality motion graphics. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from explainer videos and product animations to brand visuals and promotional content. You’ll ensure that all animations are engaging, on-brand, and visually appealing across different platforms and devices. You’ll help bring static designs to life, using animation techniques to add excitement, emotion, and energy to content. You’ll collaborate with other designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into videos.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with sound designers or video editors to sync motion with music, voiceovers, or sound effects.
• Design for accessibility and clarity—make sure motion enhances the experience, not overwhelms it.
• Use tools like After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, or Figma to craft smooth, high-quality animations.
• Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, and video editors to bring static designs and concepts to life through animation.
• Maintain consistency across animated content so the brand identity feels unified across all platforms.

Preferred:

• Able to adapt designs for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Excited to create animations that engage, inform, and inspire.
• Proficient in motion design tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience creating assets for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Has a portfolio showcasing a variety of animated styles and use cases.

You’ll manage project files and deliver completed animations on time and within project specifications.
