We’re hiring a Kindergarten Teacher Trainee to support children with special needs — no prior experience required, just a big heart and a willingness to learn. We’ll train you step by step — from classroom routines to child safety and early childhood learning basics. You’ll learn how to lead songs, read aloud with energy, organize play-based activities, and support early learning. Expect finger paint on your hands, stickers on your clothes, and a room that rarely stays quiet for long — in the best way. We’ll teach you how to observe behavior not as mischief, but as communication — and how to respond with understanding, not judgment. We’ll teach you how to recognize developmental milestones and when to simply give space for natural growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay updated with early education best practices and child development research.
• Plan themed units and activities around seasons, holidays, or curiosity topics.
• Guide children through routines like snack time, clean-up, and group learning.
• Identify and respond to signs of developmental delays or emotional struggles.
• Host class events like performances, reading days, or family picnics to build community.

Preferred:

• Understands how to support early literacy, numeracy, and motor skill development.
• Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and fellow educators effectively.
• Background or formal education in early childhood education, child psychology, or pedagogy.
• Open to planning seasonal events, performances, or classroom celebrations.
• Can prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and interactive games to enhance learning.
