Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our express parcel sorting center — ideal for someone who moves fast, stays focused, and understands the urgency behind every delivery. You’ll work in chilled and freezer zones where food products, medical supplies, or temperature-sensitive goods are stored and processed daily. You’ll prepare outgoing parcels for shipment, choosing the correct box size, packing materials, and shipping label for each order. You’ll help unload incoming inventory, sort products by SKU or category, and restock shelves to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. You’ll be responsible for keeping aisles clear, shelves stocked, and the entire work area neat, clean, and hazard-free. You’ll rotate between scanning, loading, unloading, and staging depending on volume and staffing needs. You’ll follow packaging standards for fragile, oversized, or multi-item orders to reduce damage during delivery. You’ll be trained in warehouse safety and expected to follow lockout/tagout procedures and emergency protocols when working alone or with a small team. You’ll be trained to work efficiently under time pressure — especially during promotions, holidays, and peak shipping windows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipping or internal transfer.
• Follow specific handling instructions for temperature-sensitive or regulated items.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear to maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), hand trucks, and barcode scanners during daily operations.
• Capable of identifying damaged goods, mislabels, or packaging issues and reporting them promptly.
• Background or interest in logistics, inventory, operations, or warehouse management systems.
• Familiar with warehouse software (WMS), handheld RF scanners, or mobile picking devices.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures, complete assigned tasks on time, and contribute to warehouse productivity goals.
