Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and design beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create cohesive and innovative designs. You’ll conduct user research, create personas, and design user flows to inform the design process. You’ll ensure that all designs are responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across mobile and desktop platforms. You’ll ensure your designs are consistent with the brand’s identity while providing a polished, modern, and user-centric experience. You’ll follow design best practices and stay current with the latest trends in UX/UI design to keep our products competitive and user-friendly. You’ll assist in creating interactive prototypes and animations that demonstrate how the product should function in real life.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design onboarding flows, dashboards, forms, mobile navs, and other core components of SaaS or consumer apps.
• Collaborate asynchronously with remote teams—sharing updates via Notion, Slack, Loom, or Miro boards.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, or usability testing to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
• Maintain design file hygiene—label layers, structure pages, and document variations clearly for future reuse.
• Ultimately, design with empathy, clarity, and purpose—so users can enjoy products that just make sense.

Preferred:

• Familiar with responsive design and how to optimize layouts for different devices.
• Pays close attention to spacing, visual hierarchy, and consistency in typography and color.
• Understands the principles of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable components.
• Values clarity, functionality, and empathy in every design decision.

You’ll provide detailed design specifications and work with the development team to ensure successful design implementation.
