We’re hiring a Waiter/Waitress who wants more than just a job — someone who values flexibility, team spirit, and the chance to make people’s day through great service. You’ll greet guests with a smile, guide them through the menu, and answer questions with clarity and enthusiasm. You’ll take food and drink orders accurately, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure each dish is delivered on time and just right. You’ll learn the menu, including ingredients and common allergens, so you can answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. You’ll help guests navigate the menu, suggest options, and handle special requests with attention and care. You’ll stay connected with the kitchen and bar to keep timing smooth and courses flowing naturally. You’ll support a clean, organized dining area and help reset tables quickly for the next group of guests. You’ll coordinate with kitchen staff, runners, and hosts to keep communication fluid and orders timely. You’ll work closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to keep service running smoothly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be attentive without hovering—know when to check in and when to give guests space.
• Assist coworkers during peak hours, whether by running food or helping reset tables.
• Upsell appetizers, drinks, or desserts when appropriate to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.
• Balance multiple tables while staying friendly, organized, and alert.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.

Preferred:

• Understands hygiene standards and safe food handling procedures.
• Organized with table assignments, shift tasks, and keeping track of multiple customer requests.
• Team-oriented and ready to support other servers, hosts, or bussers during busy periods.
• Pays attention to body language and customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Understands proper table settings, serving etiquette, and how to create a pleasant dining experience.
