Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team and drive our influencer partnerships to new heights. You’ll identify and connect with influencers who genuinely align with our brand’s message and vision. Your outreach is not a pitch — it’s a conversation that starts with understanding and ends with collaboration. You’ll research each influencer’s content and audience to ensure we’re approaching the right people in the right way. You’ll write outreach messages that are personal, relevant, and never copy-pasted — even if you’re sending dozens a day. You’ll keep track of every message, follow-up, and response in a clean, organized system. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure influencer content matches our campaign goals and voice. You’ll negotiate partnership terms, create content briefs, and ensure deliverables are met on time. You’ll help create brief templates, outreach sequences, and process docs to scale what works.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain a content calendar to ensure influencer posts go live on time and align with key dates.
• Make influencer outreach feel human, helpful, and like the beginning of a partnership—not a cold transaction.
• Stay updated on creator trends, platform changes, and influencer culture so your outreach stays relevant and natural.
• Draft outreach templates, follow-up sequences, and FAQs that save time without sacrificing personalization.
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and compensation while keeping communication professional and collaborative.

Preferred:

• Can evaluate influencer performance through views, saves, link clicks, or promo code redemptions.
• Enjoys discovering rising creators and analyzing why their content performs.
• Familiar with affiliate programs, gifting models, and paid sponsorship basics.
• Comfortable maintaining spreadsheets or CRM tools to track outreach and responses.
• Knows how to research influencers based on niche, engagement rate, and follower quality.
