Description:

We’re hiring a Call Center Operator for technical support — ideal for someone who’s patient, tech-savvy, and able to explain solutions clearly to customers of all levels. You’ll handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers while working from your own quiet, distraction-free setup. You’ll use scripts, software, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and deliver excellent service every time. You’ll log call details, update client records, and track the nature of each inquiry using CRM systems. You’ll record every call with detailed notes, including the issue, resolution steps, and client satisfaction outcome. You’ll verify identity, collect or confirm personal data, and input case details into secure CRM or healthcare systems. You’ll help educate users on best practices, product features, and how to prevent recurring issues. You’ll escalate calls that require medical triage, advanced claim review, or supervisor intervention when necessary. You’ll help coordinate service appointments, policy renewals, or benefit changes depending on your assigned department.

Basic Qualifications:

• Suggest improvements to call scripts, workflows, or tools when recurring issues are noticed.
• Maintain a positive tone, even when dealing with difficult or frustrated callers.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with questions or concerns.
• Use multiple systems or software tools at once while staying focused and clear on the call.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary and ensure a smooth handoff.

You’ll follow scripts, data privacy policies, and customer verification protocols to ensure compliance. You’ll be expected to follow call center policies, do-not-call regulations, and data privacy protocols. You’ll be expected to meet targets such as call quality, resolution time, and satisfaction scores. You’ll be expected to meet KPIs such as average handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction. You’ll rotate between inbound calls, email inquiries, and chat support depending on the queue and your shift. You’ll rotate between B2C and B2B outreach depending on client campaigns and market demand.
