Description:

We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist who loves making someone’s day a little better. You’ll respond to incoming questions and requests with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help. Your goal isn’t just to fix issues — it’s to leave people feeling genuinely cared for. You’ll guide users through troubleshooting steps, product questions, and account concerns with patience and clarity. You love finding answers — and when they don’t exist yet, you help create them. Your communication style is clear, kind, and human — no robotic scripts here. You’ll be the voice of the brand, so clear and kind communication is a must. You’ll collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure quick solutions. You’ll become an expert in our tools, features, and workflows so you can support customers confidently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute to support documentation and SOPs so processes remain consistent, scalable, and easy to onboard new team members.
• Provide onboarding assistance, usage tips, or knowledge base links to help customers get the most value from the product or service.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude—sharing knowledge, helping others troubleshoot, and celebrating customer wins.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, or success teams to address edge cases and share insights from customer conversations.
• Track KPIs like CSAT, resolution time, and ticket volume to help evaluate and improve support team performance.

Preferred:

• Open to working flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
• Experience assisting customers through channels like email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Capable of handling high ticket volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Enjoys helping people and making a positive impact on customer experience.
• Experience preparing customer-facing guides, FAQs, or help center content is a plus.
