We’re hiring a Manicurist Trainee to join our creative nail design studio — perfect for someone who’s artistic, detail-oriented, and ready to express beauty through nail art and extensions. You’ll begin by learning how to perform clean manicures using non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free products. You’ll assist with shaping nails, caring for cuticles, and gently exfoliating hands using botanical scrubs and oils. You’ll be trained to apply polish evenly, perform gentle hand massages, and build confidence in working with real clients. You’ll support pedicure services by preparing foot baths, exfoliating heels, and moisturizing skin using salon protocols. You’ll learn how to shape nails to different styles — oval, almond, square — while maintaining balance and symmetry. You’ll be introduced to gel, shellac, and dip powder systems and how to safely prep and cure each type. You’ll help maintain tools and stations, following hygiene standards like sterilizing metal tools and using disposable files when required. You’ll receive coaching on client interaction — polite conversation, attentive silence, and when to speak or simply serve.

Basic Qualifications:
