Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and create visually compelling designs for our brand. You’ll be responsible for designing digital content, including social media posts, web elements, and email marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to design high-impact visual assets that align with our overall brand strategy. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with our messaging and brand guidelines. You’ll produce designs that engage and captivate audiences, ensuring a strong visual presence across multiple channels. You’ll ensure consistency across all design elements, from website graphics to print collateral, maintaining a cohesive brand identity. You’ll help in the development of creative concepts, from wireframing and mockups to final design execution. You’ll work on designing both static and interactive assets for websites, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute ideas during creative brainstorms, even if you’re not the “lead” on a given project.
• Design everything from Instagram posts to pitch decks, website banners, brochures, and icons with attention to detail and consistency.
• Stay organized with file naming, folder structure, and version control—your files should be a joy to open.
• Collaborate with developers or content teams to ensure design handoff is clean and understandable.
• Prepare and export files in the correct formats for web, print, or motion—always checking for quality, compression, and color accuracy.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in visual communication, branding, or digital media.
• Able to create on-brand assets that communicate clearly and aesthetically.
• Understands principles of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Pays attention to visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency in all assets.
• Can confidently present design ideas and explain decisions to non-designers.
