Description:

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, creative-thinking Etsy Shop Manager to help run and grow our online storefront with style and strategy. You’ll be responsible for uploading new products, refining listings, and ensuring every detail — from titles to tags — is on point. You have a natural feel for what sells online and can write product descriptions that spark interest and convert views into sales. You’ll manage product availability, restocks, and shipping timelines while keeping everything running on schedule. You’ll coordinate product launches, manage inventory, and monitor orders from start to finish. You’ll keep track of inventory, flag low-stock items, and coordinate restocks before they become urgent issues. You’ll be our first line of communication with customers — solving problems, answering questions, and building loyalty. You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, and you understand how to use data to drive decisions and test new ideas. Your organizational skills keep everything running behind the scenes, from inventory to restock alerts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Build a customer list for remarketing or future product launches using Etsy tools or integrations.
• Experiment with A/B testing for listing formats, pricing, or tags to improve product performance.
• Handle shop inventory, variations, and pricing structures in an organized, scalable way.
• Keep an eye on inventory or file delivery issues and fix anything before it impacts customer experience.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with clear titles, compelling descriptions, tags, and high-quality photos or mockups.

Preferred:

• Keeps up with Etsy algorithm changes, marketplace trends, and best practices.
• Excited to grow into roles like E-commerce Manager, Brand Strategist, or Product Creator.
• Familiar with Etsy SEO, including titles, tags, and descriptions that boost discoverability.
• Wants to help a small business thrive through careful planning, branding, and execution.
• Has experience tracking analytics like visits, conversion rate, and revenue trends.
