We’re offering a trainee position for someone deeply interested in psychology, coaching, and human development — no prior experience required, just a sincere desire to help people grow. You’ll support personal development sessions by helping prepare materials, exercises, and coaching tools. We’ll teach you how to listen not just to words, but to patterns, pauses, and what’s left unsaid. You’ll observe one-on-one sessions and group trainings to understand how theory becomes practice. Expect to collaborate with coaches and psychologists to co-create safe, judgment-free spaces for personal reflection. We’ll guide you through models like the GROW framework, inner child theory, and visualization-based coaching. You’ll explore emotional regulation strategies, reframing techniques, and core coaching methodologies. We’ll explain how to hold space — not by fixing, but by guiding people to their own insights. We’ll teach you how to set boundaries, practice non-judgmental communication, and build trust in a coaching environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay updated on personal development trends, psychological research, and coaching best practices.
• Balance motivation with realism—help clients dream big but plan smart.
• Create supportive materials like worksheets, meditations, or follow-up emails.
• Respond to client questions, challenges, or breakthroughs between sessions if appropriate.
• Encourage accountability while maintaining empathy—growth isn’t always comfortable.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Coach, Therapist, Program Director, or Motivational Speaker.
• Enjoys helping others unlock their strengths, overcome blocks, and pursue meaningful goals.
• Familiar with common challenges in modern life: burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or lack of purpose.
• Thrives in supportive, people-focused environments where change and insight are celebrated.
• Can work with clients across different life stages—from students to professionals or executives.
