Description:

We’re looking for a creative and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create exceptional user interfaces. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that meet both user and business needs. You’ll collaborate with product managers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that meet user needs and business goals. You’ll conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and preferences, using this information to improve the user experience. You’ll ensure that all designs are responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across mobile and desktop platforms. You’ll design and implement solutions for mobile and web applications, ensuring usability and a seamless experience across all platforms. You’ll participate in usability testing, gathering feedback from users and iterating on designs to improve usability and functionality. You’ll assist in creating interactive prototypes and animations that demonstrate how the product should function in real life.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support multiple projects at once while maintaining design integrity, deadlines, and internal standards.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Collaborate asynchronously with remote teams—sharing updates via Notion, Slack, Loom, or Miro boards.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, or usability testing to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
• Balance aesthetic quality with practical UX—your designs should feel beautiful *and* get users where they need to go.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Product Designer, UX Researcher, or Design Lead.
• Organized with design file naming, version control, and clear handoffs to developers.
• Background or interest in interaction design, HCI, product design, or digital branding.
• Open to participating in team rituals like design critiques, sprints, and reviews.
• Enjoys solving user problems and making digital products feel simple and intuitive.
