We’re on the lookout for a TikTok Content Creator who lives and breathes the platform. This isn’t just about scrolling — we need someone who can tap into what makes things go viral and jump on trends as they emerge. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and scripting (just a bit), while keeping a keen eye on engagement stats to see what works. If your camera roll is filled with drafts you never posted, we want to see them. This is a fast-moving role for a fast-moving platform — so if you’re creative, self-starting, and weird in the best way possible, let’s make something go viral together. You’ll create fun, fresh content that catches the eye of TikTok’s algorithm and lands on the For You page. You’ll be brainstorming fresh ideas, filming on the fly (even if it’s just with your phone), and editing everything with impeccable timing to match the latest trends. Forget perfection — it’s all about being real, creative, and timely. TikTok is its own language, and we need someone who speaks it fluently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Come up with content series that can keep people coming back (e.g. tips, POVs, behind-the-scenes).
• Document your creative process for transparency or even bonus content.
• Engage with comments, stitch trending videos, and interact with the TikTok community to grow organically.
• Test different posting times, hooks, and video structures to see what performs best.
• Film yourself or others in interesting locations or setups that match the vibe of the content.

Preferred:

• Previous experience running a personal or themed TikTok account with consistent posting.
• Open to constructive feedback and using it to improve future videos.
• Passionate about TikTok as a platform for creative self-expression and storytelling.
• Has experimented with transitions, effects, or storytelling formats on mobile.
• Currently studying or interested in digital media, communication, or entertainment.
