Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and design intuitive and engaging user experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that meet both user and business needs. You’ll collaborate with the product and development teams to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. You’ll create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows. You’ll ensure that all designs are responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across mobile and desktop platforms. Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Translate user stories and product specs into clean, user-friendly interfaces that balance form and function.
• Collaborate with QA or customer support teams to understand post-launch feedback and refine designs.
• Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction patterns, page structure, and microinteractions.
• Balance aesthetic quality with practical UX—your designs should feel beautiful *and* get users where they need to go.

Preferred:

• Understands front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or works closely with engineers to ensure design accuracy.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Pays close attention to spacing, visual hierarchy, and consistency in typography and color.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with product constraints and technical feasibility.
• Understands the principles of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability.
