We’re hiring Paramedic Dispatcher Trainees — no experience required, just emotional strength, focus, and a desire to help when it matters most. We’ll show you how to stay calm when others are panicking and guide them with clarity and care. We’ll teach you how to ask the right questions, give life-saving instructions, and make fast, accurate decisions. We know the first calls can feel scary — that’s why you’ll practice in a safe, patient environment until you feel ready. That’s why we train you not only in protocols and systems, but in resilience, pacing, and how to care for your own mental health. You’ll be trained to stay focused when others are crying, screaming, or unable to explain what’s happening. You’ll be the invisible lifeline between medics on the road and people in their worst moments. Expect high-stress calls, back-to-back emergencies, and split-second decisions — but also deep pride in what you do.

Basic Qualifications:

• Reassure panicked or distressed callers and keep them on the line when necessary.
• Balance multiple incoming calls, updates, and dispatch instructions simultaneously.
• Monitor field unit statuses to ensure timely arrival and patient transport.
• Log all calls and actions accurately in the system for future reference and reporting.
• Alert relevant authorities in cases of fire, crime, or public safety risks.

Preferred:

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiar with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and radio communication protocols.
• Pays close attention to detail when recording caller data, response times, and location information.
• Able to answer emergency calls, gather critical information quickly, and dispatch paramedic units appropriately.
• Wants to grow into roles like EMS Supervisor, Communications Coordinator, or 911 Operations Manager.
