Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker for our night shift team — perfect for someone who prefers quiet hours, steady tasks, and working behind the scenes to keep operations moving. You’ll work overnight to receive, scan, and stock inventory with care and accuracy while the facility is closed to customers or outbound traffic. You’ll prepare outgoing parcels for shipment, choosing the correct box size, packing materials, and shipping label for each order. You’ll load and unload trucks during off-peak hours, following safety protocols and using pallet jacks or forklifts where trained. You’ll help load and unload temperature-controlled trucks, ensuring items are handled quickly to avoid spoilage. You’ll assist in inventory counts, cycle checks, and restocking tasks using handheld scanners or digital tracking systems. You’ll be trained on warehouse software and equipment, including conveyors, printers, and stretch-wrapping stations. You’ll work under time pressure during peak hours, especially early mornings, evenings, or holiday rushes. You’ll rotate between receiving, packing, labeling, and staging depending on shift needs and volume.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Stay punctual, focused, and ready to work physically throughout the shift.
• Handle fragile, hazardous, or oversized goods with appropriate care and tools.
• Keep detailed records and documentation when required for inventory or logistics tracking.
• Respect company property, time, and fellow team members to maintain a positive work culture.

Preferred:

• Understands safety procedures for handling hazardous materials, heavy equipment, and warehouse PPE use.
• Familiar with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery based on packing slips or digital systems.
• Comfortable working in cold storage, hot environments, or standing/walking for long durations.
• Can read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and order sheets accurately.
• Thrives in structured, goal-driven environments where teamwork and consistency matter.

You’ll lift and move boxes, stand for extended periods, and stay active throughout your 8-hour night shift. You’ll assist in regular stock counts and quality inspections to prevent product loss or contamination. You’ll report any temperature fluctuations, equipment malfunctions, or packing errors immediately to your supervisor. You’ll work in layered PPE including insulated gloves, jackets, and boots, which are provided and maintained by the facility. You’ll receive coaching from shift leads who will help you improve handling technique and efficiency.
