Description:

We’re hiring a Flight Dispatcher who thrives under pressure, thinks two steps ahead, and understands that every minute matters in the air and on the ground. You won’t wear a pilot’s wings, but you’ll carry just as much responsibility. Before the engines start, your decisions shape the flight: route, fuel, alternates, and weather. You’ll study weather charts, NOTAMs, airspace restrictions, and traffic patterns like a detective with a deadline. From takeoff performance to fuel burn and alternate airports, every number you touch matters. You’ll review fuel requirements, calculate takeoff weights, and select optimal routes using advanced systems and razor-sharp judgment. You’ll reroute aircraft during thunderstorms, coordinate with ATC, and make rapid calls when delays stack up unexpectedly. You’ll brief pilots, sync with ATC, and coordinate with crew operations — making complex logistics look effortless. You’ll know every regulation by heart and apply them with accuracy and responsibility. Your calm voice over the headset can bring comfort during chaos and clarity when minutes feel like seconds.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Coordinate with air traffic control, ground operations, and airport personnel to manage timely departures and arrivals.
  • Use dispatch software and tools (e.g., Lido, Sabre, Skybook, or Jeppesen) to generate flight plans, load sheets, and pre-departure briefing packages.
  • Ultimately, act as the pilot on the ground—ensuring every flight is planned, monitored, and supported with expert care.
  • Stay informed about geopolitical risks, NOTAM updates, runway closures, and international aviation alerts.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, fueling, catering, and gate agents to ensure aircraft readiness for timely pushback.

Preferred:

  • Wants to grow into roles like OCC Supervisor, Senior Dispatcher, or Flight Operations Manager.
  • Comfortable coordinating with pilots, air traffic control, and ground operations teams.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Thrives in structured, mission-critical environments where every second counts.
  • Interested in improving dispatch efficiency, minimizing disruptions, and supporting punctual departures.

Benefits:

  • Opportunities to grow into Chief Dispatcher, Flight Operations Manager, or airline systems strategist.
  • We provide ongoing certification, simulator training, and compliance updates — safety is a shared priority.
  • You're not “just in operations” — you’re part of the safety chain, and the airline runs because of people like you.
  • You’ll have 24/7 access to support teams — you're never alone during a difficult call.
  • We respect your focus, your alertness, and your role in keeping lives safe above the clouds.

You’re a master of systems, but never reliant on them — your instincts and training guide you first. Every decision you make is grounded in regulations, weather data, logic — and the responsibility to protect lives. You’ll be part of the safety chain — the invisible link between planning and execution, logic and action. You’ll operate in shadows, but your influence touches every seat, every crew member, and every safe landing. Every day you’ll write a dozen invisible flight paths — and feel proud when every one of them ends exactly as it should. You won’t be on the runway when the wheels lift off, but you’ll know: you made that moment possible. If you’re passionate about aviation, think like an engineer, and react like a firefighter, this is where you belong — at the nerve center of every journey. This role isn’t glamorous — but for those who love aviation deeply, it’s as vital as the aircraft itself. If you think in maps, listen to the weather, and find peace in control — welcome to dispatch.
