Description:

We’re hiring a Hairdresser who treats every appointment as a collaboration — someone who listens closely, works skillfully, and respects that each client has their own story and style. You’ll offer haircuts, blowouts, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s hair type, lifestyle, and preferences. You’ll consult with clients before every service to understand their goals and offer expert guidance on shape, tone, and maintenance. You’ll stay on top of style trends — from precision bobs to creative color melts — and confidently adapt them to individual needs. You’ll handle services ranging from trims and blowouts to full color transformations and treatment plans. You’ll maintain a clean, polished station and follow all salon hygiene protocols with consistency. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and retail products that help clients maintain their style between visits. You’ll be part of a creative team that supports, inspires, and challenges each other to grow together. You’ll support new team members, help where needed, and contribute to a collaborative, upbeat salon culture.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support bridal, event, or photoshoot styling, including updos and extensions.
• Color, bleach, highlight, or tone hair while maintaining hair health and achieving the right shade.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and tools in line with hygiene and salon standards.
• Handle walk-ins and scheduled appointments efficiently to reduce wait times.
• Cut, trim, and shape hair using scissors, razors, or clippers with precision and care.

Preferred:

• Familiar with current hair trends, classic techniques, and salon-quality finishing standards.
• Open to training in new techniques, certifications, or brand-specific product lines.
• Willing to upsell retail products or additional treatments based on client needs and salon goals.
• Experience cutting, coloring, and styling hair for various hair types and client preferences.
• Skilled in coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full-color applications.
