Description:

We’re hiring a Web Designer Trainee who’s excited to turn ideas into beautiful, functional web experiences — no prior experience needed, just creativity, curiosity, and an eye for clean design. You’ll help transform brand guidelines into intuitive, engaging, and consistent web experiences. We’ll teach you the fundamentals of layout, contrast, spacing, and how to create balance across a page. You’ll help translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Expect to participate in brainstorming sessions where you’ll sketch out ideas before moving to digital tools like Figma or Adobe XD. You’ll get familiar with tools like Figma, Webflow, or Adobe Creative Suite to build layouts and explore design ideas. We’ll guide you through mobile-first thinking, web accessibility, and how to keep users at the center of every decision. You’ll assist in refining navigation menus, content blocks, and page hierarchies for usability and clarity. We’ll show you how to balance aesthetics with usability — designing pages that are intuitive, not just impressive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Take pride in the work users interact with every day—your designs shape their entire journey.
• Support QA or dev teams during implementation to catch layout bugs early.
• Help optimize load times by creating lightweight assets and considering performance in your design.
• Manage your workload across multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Use feedback constructively to improve design quality and communication.

Preferred:

• Familiar with UX principles, user flows, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Can deliver pixel-perfect assets and documentation for development handoff.
• Able to interpret creative briefs, mood boards, or analytics data into meaningful visual decisions.
• Knows how to optimize design assets for fast load times and clean visual presentation.
• Enjoys transforming ideas into visually engaging and intuitive digital interfaces.
