Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s ready to jump into the creative process and help turn raw ideas into powerful, polished content — no experience required, just passion, discipline, and a love for media. You’ll assist in every stage of production: from brainstorming ideas to shooting video and mixing sound. We’ll teach you how to handle every part of the production process — from planning and filming to editing and publishing. You’ll assist in setting up lights, cameras, microphones, or DAWs depending on the type of content being created. Expect to work with multiple formats — from vertical social videos to full-length podcasts or cinematic promos. You’ll learn how to edit efficiently using tools like Premiere Pro, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve. We’ll guide you through creating storyboards, scripts, beat maps, and shot lists for planned content sessions. You’ll learn how to produce for different platforms — from fast-paced Reels to longer YouTube breakdowns. You’ll also learn how to plan shoots, create moodboards, and scout visuals or audio that enhance a story.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain quality across multiple projects running at once without dropping the ball.
• Adapt quickly when plans change—rain delays, tech fails, or last-minute script rewrites happen.
• Ensure all content meets visual, audio, and storytelling standards before publishing.
• Build relationships with freelancers and vendors you can rely on when deadlines are tight.
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips, trailers, or highlight reels across channels.

Preferred:

• Capable of coordinating post-production including editing, color grading, mixing, mastering, or captioning.
• Can manage multiple projects in parallel and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
• Pays attention to story arc, tone, pacing, and engagement when reviewing final outputs.
• Familiar with planning, scripting, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating shoots or recording sessions.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Logic Pro, Ableton, or project management platforms like Notion or Trello.
