We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee — no professional experience required, just creativity, curiosity, and the drive to bring ideas to life visually. You’ll work on real posts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube thumbnails, stories, and ads that actually get seen. We’ll teach you how to design for clarity, usability, and consistency across web and mobile platforms. Your tasks will include designing carousels, quote graphics, covers, story templates, and visual elements for video. You’ll sit in on user interviews, product meetings, and feedback sessions to understand how design solves real problems. You’ll be part of a creative crew that thrives on bold visuals, smart strategy, and trend-aware thinking. We’ll guide you through the entire process — from mood boards and concept sketches to final exports and performance review. You’ll get to experiment with memes, punchy text, bold layouts, and playful visual language. Every week, you’ll level up your skills: typography, layout, color theory, social formats, and brand voice adaptation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proof your work for errors and polish every pixel before handing it off.
• Adjust layouts for different platforms and screen sizes (think: Instagram, email, print).
• Design for real-world impact, not just aesthetics—your visuals should convert, clarify, or communicate.
• Test how designs feel to actual users—not just how they look on your screen.

Preferred:

• Able to design for both print and digital formats, including flyers, brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Willing to present design concepts to stakeholders and explain design decisions confidently.

• Willing to revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
• Knows how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
