Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to support our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center — perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-friendly, and ready to keep up with high-volume online orders. You’ll work overnight to receive, scan, and stock inventory with care and accuracy while the facility is closed to customers or outbound traffic. You’ll help prep the floor for the next day’s shipments, making sure everything is sorted, staged, and clearly labeled. You’ll pick and pack frozen, perishable, or refrigerated items while wearing thermal gear provided by the company. You’ll assist with cross-docking operations, where incoming shipments are quickly redirected to outbound trucks with minimal delay. You’ll rotate between scanning, loading, unloading, and staging depending on volume and staffing needs. You’ll be expected to lift, slide, and stack packages of varying sizes — from envelopes to oversized boxes. You’ll assist with quality control by checking item condition, expiration dates (if applicable), and proper labeling before packing. You’ll be trained to work efficiently under time pressure — especially during promotions, holidays, and peak shipping windows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles according to schedules and procedures.
• Receive and unload incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage.
• Assist with training new staff on safety protocols, task procedures, or warehouse layout.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments, seasonal surges, and shifting priorities.
• Help assemble product kits, promotional displays, or special packaging orders when required.

Preferred:

• Can read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and order sheets accurately.
• Willing to cross-train in multiple warehouse departments including shipping, receiving, returns, or quality control.
• Comfortable working in cold storage, hot environments, or standing/walking for long durations.
• Pays close attention to detail when verifying product quantities, locations, and condition.
• Willing to support light equipment maintenance, packaging supply restocking, or recycling efforts.

You’ll lift and move boxes, stand for extended periods, and stay active throughout your 8-hour night shift. You’ll wear PPE including gloves, reflective vests, and steel-toed shoes while following all safety procedures. You’ll wear PPE, reflective gear, and follow safety markings in low-light or quiet conditions. You’ll receive coaching from a night supervisor and communicate through radios or warehouse messaging tools. You’ll receive regular breaks and warm-up periods throughout your shift to protect your health and focus. You’ll work in a fast-moving, highly coordinated team where timing and rhythm are everything.
