Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to support our B2B brand on LinkedIn, email, and long-form content — no experience needed, just sharp thinking and a professional tone of voice. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing team to turn ideas into emails that get opened and articles that get read. We’ll teach you how to turn ideas into posts, posts into engagement, and engagement into growth. You’ll help write captions, schedule content, brainstorm campaigns, and experiment with different formats like Reels, stories, carousels, and short videos. Expect to do a little of everything: social posts, reels, memes, newsletters, product launch content, FAQs, and community replies. You’ll learn how to turn vague notes into drafts, drafts into visuals, and visuals into published, trackable results. We’ll show you how to speak to pain points, build trust, and write copy that turns readers into clients, not just followers. You’ll get feedback from marketers, founders, and subject-matter experts who want to help you grow, not just delegate work. We’ll show you how to adapt messaging for different platforms while keeping the brand’s personality intact.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with paid ads teams to align organic and paid content strategies.
• Bring data to creative meetings and creative thinking to data meetings.
• Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion to keep everything organized.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to bring campaigns to life.
• Plan and publish engaging content across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

Preferred:

• Willing to create briefs for creatives, oversee post-production, and ensure content is published correctly.
• Able to run A/B tests and optimize content for better engagement or conversion.
• Organized in managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and approval workflows across teams.
• Familiar with tracking social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Understands paid social media advertising strategies and audience targeting basics.
