Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager who knows how to turn 10,000 square feet of inventory into a perfectly tuned operation. You’ll run the floor like a pro, keeping people focused, inventory accurate, and orders flying out on time. You’re not just checking boxes — you’re building systems that scale and teams that trust you. You’ll be responsible for inbound receiving, late outbound prep, inventory accuracy, and overnight staging. From managing inbound and outbound logistics to fixing the barcode scanner that always dies on Fridays — you’ve got it handled. You’ll manage nightly reports, track movement, and ensure every order is ready for early dispatch. You’ll ensure safety protocols are more than posters — they’re part of the team’s daily rhythm. You’ll know the layout like the back of your hand and keep your team running like clockwork. You’ll maintain spotless logs, pass every audit, and keep shrinkage close to zero.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate closely with e-commerce or retail systems to sync inventory data and minimize stockouts or overselling.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space and streamline processes.
• Create SOPs and training materials to onboard new hires and support cross-training within the warehouse team.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams to align inventory planning with demand forecasts and customer needs.
• Manage procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment, maintaining relationships with vendors and service providers.

Preferred:

• Able to manage warehouse layout for optimal flow, safety, and storage efficiency.
• Able to handle returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures efficiently.
• Thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
• Wants to grow into roles like Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Lead.
• Familiar with tracking KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, shrinkage, and turnaround time.
