Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to support our B2B brand on LinkedIn, email, and long-form content — no experience needed, just sharp thinking and a professional tone of voice. You’ll help write posts that position our team as experts, spark conversation, and bring in real leads — not just likes. We’ll teach you how to structure newsletters, write engaging subject lines, and craft CTAs that drive clicks without sounding pushy. You’ll learn the basics of SEO, formatting for readability, and how to build trust through long-form content. Expect to draft newsletters, blog posts, case study outlines, and product updates — all in a clear, confident voice. You’ll learn how to turn vague notes into drafts, drafts into visuals, and visuals into published, trackable results. You’ll be part of building content systems, calendars, and playbooks that don’t exist yet — and help improve them as we grow. We’ll guide you on how to use tools like MailerLite, Brevo, Notion, Grammarly, and WordPress (or similar CMS). You’ll also learn how to track performance — open rates, click-through rates, time on page — and use insights to improve over time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with paid ads teams to align organic and paid content strategies.
• Prepare reports and slide decks to share wins, learnings, and next steps with the team.
• Balance creative freedom with clear marketing goals and deadlines.
• Keep a consistent brand voice while adapting tone to each platform's culture.
• Manage blog content, newsletters, and long-form pieces when needed.

Preferred:

• Understands paid social media advertising strategies and audience targeting basics.
• Can write basic landing page copy or email marketing content when needed.
• Familiar with tracking social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Can plan, track, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Looker Studio.
• Skilled in writing compelling captions, scheduling posts, and using social media planning tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
