Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who sees clothing as both design and dialogue — someone who brings concept, culture, and construction together in bold, intentional ways. You’ll design seasonal collections that reflect the brand’s DNA while introducing new silhouettes, textures, and moods. You’ll sketch original concepts and translate them into technical drawings that guide development with precision and clarity. We expect you to take inspiration from culture, history, and modern life — and filter it into garments that speak with clarity and depth. You’ll collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure construction reflects your vision in movement and on the body. You’ll also work closely with the creative team to shape lookbooks, runway styling, and campaign aesthetics. You’ll contribute to digital and physical collections — thinking in 3D, but also in texture, identity, and emotion. You’ll contribute to moodboards, print direction, and silhouette research for seasonal refreshes or capsule drops. You’ll guide fittings, make design refinements, and protect the core message of your work through every iteration.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creativity with commercial viability—what looks good must also sell and scale.
• Communicate design choices clearly—why this cut, that fabric, or this button detail matters.
• Create mood boards, lookbooks, and technical drawings to communicate your ideas clearly to the team.
• Participate in fittings, adjust silhouettes, and finalize cuts to achieve the perfect fit and drape.
• Design for real people—taking into account comfort, body diversity, and day-to-day function.

Preferred:

• Comfortable preparing tech packs, spec sheets, and production-ready documentation for manufacturers.
• Understands how to balance artistic vision with budget constraints and target market demands.
• Open to experimenting with silhouettes, textiles, embellishments, and construction techniques.
• Comfortable presenting concepts to creative directors, buyers, or marketing teams.
• Can adapt designs based on feedback, trend forecasts, or customer data insights.
