Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee — no professional experience required, just a passion for visual storytelling and a drive to learn by doing. You’ll assist on real shoots where timing matters: entrances, speeches, reactions, details — the kind of moments that happen once. We’ll teach you how to frame portraits, manage natural and studio light, and direct models and clients with confidence and care. Expect to help on-location and in-studio: adjusting tripods, setting up lights, directing talent, and capturing a mix of posed and candid moments. You’ll gain experience using tools like DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, reflectors, audio gear, and natural light to get great results. We’ll show you how to film emotional beats, joyful chaos, and still make everything feel cinematic and personal. We’ll help you develop your aesthetic: clean, moody, natural, or editorial — and show you how to build visual consistency. You’ll assist with organizing footage, backing up files, and keeping shoots efficient and professional. You’ll assist with organizing footage, tagging clips, syncing audio, and even helping build teaser edits.

Basic Qualifications:

• Edit short- and long-form video for social, branded, or documentary-style content.
• Adjust quickly on set if weather, lighting, or client needs change suddenly.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments when relevant for additional content value.
• Organize and back up raw and edited media to prevent data loss and keep workflows clean.
• Deliver assets in various formats and resolutions depending on platform (web, print, social).

Preferred:

• Proficient in framing, composition, lighting, and exposure for various environments.
• Able to deliver final media in appropriate formats and aspect ratios for social media, web, or print.
• Willing to travel, carry equipment, and handle on-set logistics as needed.
• Comfortable working with natural light, reflectors, strobes, or LED panels for different setups.
• Can capture both horizontal and vertical content optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
