Description:

We’re looking for a talented Figma Designer to join our team and craft beautiful, functional, and user-centered designs. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to turn ideas into well-executed design solutions. You’ll be tasked with maintaining design consistency across all projects by developing design systems and reusable components in Figma. You’ll design scalable design systems, components, and layouts to ensure consistency across all projects. You’ll manage and organize Figma files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-documented for collaboration across teams. You’ll iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and user testing, ensuring continuous improvement in design quality. You’ll create visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces while keeping accessibility and usability at the forefront.

Basic Qualifications:

• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability insights—making improvements without compromising consistency.
• Adapt design output to support localization, dark mode, or platform-specific UI conventions.
• Stay consistent with brand guidelines while still pushing visual creativity and improving user experience.
• Maintain clean, well-structured Figma files—labeling layers, grouping elements, and organizing pages for easy handoff and teamwork.
• Test your designs across breakpoints, screen sizes, and devices using Figma’s preview tools and best practices.

Preferred:

• Knows how to follow and contribute to brand guidelines or design systems.
• Can turn wireframes or rough ideas into polished, high-fidelity UI designs.
• Comfortable building interactive prototypes and micro-interactions directly in Figma.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, or product managers.
• Able to work independently or as part of a remote design team.

You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas to solve design challenges and meet project objectives.
