Description:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who treats every message like an opportunity to make someone’s day. You’ll handle incoming questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every customer feels heard and helped. Your goal isn’t just to fix issues — it’s to leave people feeling genuinely cared for. You know that support isn’t just about answering questions — it’s about building trust and loyalty. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide users step by step, and follow up to make sure everything’s resolved. You’ll use tools like live chat, email, and phone support to communicate quickly and effectively. You’ll be the voice of the brand, so clear and kind communication is a must. You’ll be a bridge between customers and our internal teams, turning feedback into action. You’ll become an expert in our tools, features, and workflows so you can support customers confidently.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ultimately, act as the voice of the company—making sure every customer feels heard, helped, and happy.
- Provide onboarding assistance, usage tips, or knowledge base links to help customers get the most value from the product or service.
- Monitor support channels and ticket queues throughout the day to maintain fast and consistent response times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone—delivering clear, helpful, and friendly support every time.
- Track and manage customer requests using helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or HubSpot to ensure follow-through and resolution.
Preferred:
- Familiar with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or HubSpot Service Hub.
- Able to prioritize tasks and respond according to urgency and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Experience preparing customer-facing guides, FAQs, or help center content is a plus.
- Capable of handling high ticket volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Willing to participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product or service changes.
