We’re offering a paid Truck Driver Training Program designed to take you from beginner to full-time professional with a guaranteed job at the finish line. You may not have local experience yet, but if you have a valid license, responsibility, and a desire to grow — we’ll show you how to build a future on the road. You’ll ride with experienced long-haul drivers, see real loading docks, truck stops, tight schedules, and how pros handle the unexpected calmly. You’ll spend the first weeks in guided training: how to inspect a vehicle, read delivery paperwork, manage fuel, and plan smart routes. You’ll be trained in how to inspect your truck before and after each trip, keeping safety first whether it’s 5am or midnight. You’ll practice smart braking, smooth gear work, cornering with a loaded trailer, and staying mentally sharp over long hours behind the wheel. You’ll keep accurate logs, delivery records, and paperwork — because documentation matters as much as driving. You’ll be supported in every part of the job — from communication to truck care to customer interaction — until you’re ready to handle it solo. You’ll learn how to talk with dispatch, use maps or GPS the right way, and avoid mistakes that happen when you're rushed or unsure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver goods with a high level of customer service—obtaining signatures, verifying paperwork, and providing clear communication at drop-off points.
• Follow protocols for transporting hazardous materials, perishable goods, or oversized loads when applicable.
• Plan routes and rest breaks efficiently to stay within Hours of Service limits and avoid fatigue-related risks.
• Load and unload cargo as required—ensuring proper weight distribution, secure fastening, and damage prevention.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local traffic laws, as well as company safety standards and delivery procedures.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in logistics, freight delivery, transportation, or supply chain.
• Familiar with freight types including dry goods, refrigerated, flatbed, or hazardous materials (if endorsed).
• Wants to grow into roles like Fleet Supervisor, Driver Trainer, or Owner-Operator.
• Open to flexible work hours, night driving, weekends, or long-distance routes if required.
• Willing to report mechanical issues and assist with basic troubleshooting on the road.
