Description:

We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team and bring fresh, innovative designs to life. You’ll be responsible for crafting visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create assets that align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives. You’ll develop design concepts for various campaigns, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards. You’ll work with brand guidelines to ensure that all designs are consistent and align with the company’s vision and voice. You’ll be involved in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative ideas and providing design solutions for projects. You’ll help in the development of creative concepts, from wireframing and mockups to final design execution. You’ll stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating fresh ideas into your work to keep designs modern and relevant.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt designs across platforms and formats—what works for a Facebook ad won’t always work in an email header.
• Support brand evolution by testing new styles or visuals and proposing updates when appropriate.
• Support asset creation for product launches, webinars, events, or press—whatever needs visual love.
• Design landing pages, mockups, or wireframes when needed, even if you’re not owning the full UX flow.
• Create high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email, print, and digital ads—aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Preferred:

• Able to create on-brand assets that communicate clearly and aesthetically.
• Understands the basics of UX/UI if working on digital product teams.
• Knows how to export and format files properly for different platforms and use cases.
• Excited to grow into roles like Brand Designer, UI Designer, or Art Director.
• Can design marketing materials such as banners, ads, presentations, and social templates.
