Description:

We’re hiring an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee who’s passionate about people, curious about what makes a great team, and ready to learn the mechanics of smart hiring — no experience needed, just motivation and a people-first mindset. You’ll help craft job postings that are clear, inclusive, and aligned with team needs. You’ll help support the recruitment process by posting jobs, organizing applications, and scheduling interviews. You’ll help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to final offer. Expect to participate in phone screenings, take notes during interviews, and observe how hiring decisions are made. We’ll show you how to write clear, human-centered outreach emails and communicate with candidates professionally. We’ll guide you in creating outreach strategies that go beyond job boards and reach the right talent. You’ll help maintain databases, update candidate statuses, and keep hiring pipelines organized and moving. You’ll also help build talent pipelines, learning how to source passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Build talent pipelines for frequently hired or hard-to-fill roles in advance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine role requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, hiring regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from writing job descriptions to sending offer letters.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders promptly and constructively.

Preferred:

  • Able to promote inclusive hiring practices and reach diverse candidate pools.
  • Willing to represent the company at job fairs, career events, or virtual recruitment webinars.
  • Comfortable screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and evaluating candidate fit.
  • Can collaborate with department heads to refine hiring profiles or revise sourcing strategies.
  • Able to write clear and engaging job descriptions aligned with company values and hiring goals.
