Description:

We’re looking for a Flight Attendant Trainee ready to represent our airline with professionalism, care, and confidence — no experience needed, just a strong work ethic and a love for helping people from all walks of life. You’ll learn how to greet passengers, manage boarding procedures, and create a welcoming atmosphere on every flight. We’ll train you in aviation safety, first aid, and how to respond to in-flight emergencies with professionalism and care. You’ll assist with passenger seating, overhead storage, and pre-departure routines that set the tone for the flight. Expect to handle announcements, answer questions, and resolve small issues before they escalate. You’ll learn how to perform safety demonstrations, respond to alarms, and act quickly during unexpected events. We’ll show you how to respond to turbulence, medical incidents, and emergency landings with confidence and clarity. You’ll learn how to de-escalate tense situations calmly, while staying firm on rules and safety procedures. You’ll become familiar with different aircraft layouts and learn to navigate the cabin like second nature.

Basic Qualifications:

• Attend regular training sessions to stay certified in first aid, CPR, and safety procedures.
• Know the aircraft layout inside and out, including emergency exits and equipment.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures with clarity and calm.
• Be flexible with changing schedules, overnight stays, and unexpected reroutes.
• Prepare for each flight by reviewing passenger lists, flight duration, and special instructions.

Preferred:

• Thrives in service-oriented, safety-first teams with global reach and a strong sense of professionalism.
• Comfortable demonstrating safety procedures and ensuring passenger compliance with regulations.
• Knows how to handle medical situations calmly and escalate appropriately to crew or medical personnel.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is highly valued.
• Comfortable traveling frequently and adapting to different time zones, cultures, and climates.
