We’ll teach you how to interpret legal language, draft clear contracts, and identify key risks in agreements. You’ll help prepare materials for client meetings, hearings, or negotiations, gaining exposure to real-world legal processes. Expect to observe real client interactions and understand how legal advice is delivered with clarity and confidence. We’ll show you how to research case law, summarize findings, and check for relevant legal precedents. You’ll help flag missing information, unclear terms, or outdated templates in legal documents and reports. You’ll learn how to create legal memos, support client communication, and double-check compliance procedures. We’ll show you how lawyers communicate clearly, ethically, and confidently with both clients and internal teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with internal teams or external clients to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Use legal tech tools to manage case files, research, or time tracking efficiently.
• Advocate for your client’s best interests while staying within ethical and legal boundaries.
• Provide legal advice to clients based on thorough research, case law, and current regulations.
