Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who can shape raw emotion into powerful sound — someone who understands groove, structure, and how to guide an artist toward their most honest and compelling work. You’ll produce original music across formats: singles, soundtracks, branded content, live activations, and more. You’ll oversee recording sessions, structure arrangements, and manage workflow from writing through delivery. We expect you to work across genres and tempos — whether it’s stripped-down acoustic or layered electronic textures — with equal clarity and taste. You’ll work across genres, helping artists explore their range while maintaining cohesion and purpose in every track. You’ll produce beats, manipulate samples, build textures, and make decisions that elevate not just the song — but the brand. You’ll manage stems, sessions, file delivery, and naming conventions across fast-moving deadlines and feedback loops. You’ll collaborate with songwriters, top-liners, engineers, and visual teams to make sure the sound matches the story. You’ll be hands-on in DAWs, plugins, and synths — but you’ll also know when to strip it all back to one vocal and a piano.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up to date on production trends, plugins, gear, and new sounds across genres.
• Oversee the full music production process—from concept to final mix and master.
• Guide the emotional and sonic direction of songs to match the artist’s vision and market fit.
• Mentor emerging artists or junior producers when possible.
• Protect intellectual property—register compositions, clear samples, and track rights.

Preferred:

• Understands song structure, dynamics, harmony, and rhythm to create commercially viable productions.
• Familiar with vocal editing, tuning (e.g., Melodyne, Auto-Tune), and aligning timing for a polished result.
• Values originality, attention to sonic detail, and the emotional connection music can create.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Sound Designer, or Label A&R.
• Able to guide artists in vocal performance, harmonies, and lyric delivery during recording sessions.
