Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’re the master of movement, timing, and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to customers. Deadlines are your comfort zone, and juggling multiple tasks doesn’t scare you — it energizes you. From warehouses to delivery routes, you’ll know what’s going where and when. You’ll assist in managing shipping schedules, working with third-party providers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe. You’ll ensure that all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transportation to meet safety and regulatory requirements. If there's a disruption in the supply chain, you're the first to jump in with a backup plan. You love spreadsheets, but you also know when a quick phone call gets results faster. You’ll maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipment receipts, tracking information, and inventory updates.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment ETAs, changes, or issues—maintaining professionalism and transparency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to avoid shortages or overstocking in warehouses or retail locations.
• Use tools like Excel, SAP, NetSuite, or logistics software to track orders, shipments, and stock levels accurately.
• Balance speed, cost, and quality across shipping decisions to meet business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to unexpected situations calmly—logistics involves moving targets, and flexibility is essential.

Preferred:

• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, or inventory across vendors or locations.
• Values organization, communication, and reliability in operational roles.
• Understands how to track performance metrics like on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, or shipping cost per unit.
• Open to learning new logistics platforms and adjusting to evolving operational needs.
• Wants to grow into roles like Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Manager, or Fulfillment Lead.
